On July 29-30, INNONATION will host a blockchain hackathon at our Hangzhou Powerhouse！
During the 24 hours, developers will work on a proof-of-concept for a scalable, blockchain-based talent platform that supports talent fundraising and mentorship.

INNONATION believes blockchain-based investments in talents are a breakthrough in venture capital. Talent investments can eliminate moral hazard, alignment interests between individuals with outstanding potential and investors, and support talents similar to celebrity and sport agencies. INNONATION intends to revolutionize venture capital through a blockchain network that enables direct investments into talents, rather than solely companies, and supports an interactive, online ecosystem.

Demo Objectives to Achieve
平台用户之间的平台实时沟通，买方及卖方可展示自身亮点。可实现长期经纪合约的平台无纸化签订、交易、已生效合约的平台内转让交易、合格投资人认定（如需）以及从平台的前期及长远发展考虑，需实现的功能。平台及其上发生的交易需合法、合规，通过技术及交易模式设计需实现交易“0”欺诈。
After the 24 hours, we are looking for a proof-of-concept that contains the points below:
1. Develop a decentralized application that enables talents & investors to access the blockchain
2. Talents can be debuted to investors & fellow talents
3. Enables parties to declare interest in funding/investing, mentorship, or partnerships
4. Fundraising & transactions are legal, secure, repeatable, and trackable
5. Parties can choose for their interactions to be public or private
6. Transactions can be negotiable and related documents can be tracked
7. Design a method for parties to transact and fundraise
8. Reduce the risk of moral hazard and off-chain transactions
9. Concept is scalable

1. 设计创意：这个解决方案是区块链网络的独特方法吗?虽然是原创的，但概念证明是否满足需求?
2. 易于实施：我们能否立即以低成本实施解决方案，还是团队仍然需要时间来改进平台?
3. 执行情况：解决方案在当前状态下工作得如何?用户体验是否顺畅?
4. 实用性：解决方案是否实用，是否与人才投资计划相关?区块链能否实现安全快速的交易?这个解决方案可以扩展吗?
5. 区块链技术的使用：区块链对解决方案有多重要?
6. 演示和推介：推介是否进行得好?这个概念容易理解吗?
7. 源代码上传和引用：团队是否将他们的源代码上传和引用到存储库中?(由评委评定)是/否
1. Originality of design: Is the solution a unique approach to the blockchain network? While original, does the proof-of-concept satisfy the requirements?
2. Ease of implementation: Can we implement the solution immediately and at low-cost or does the team still need time to develop the network?
3. Execution: How well does the solution work in its current state? Is the user experience smooth?
4. Usefulness: Is the solution practical and related to the talent program? Does the blockchain enable secure and quick transactions? Can the solution scale?
5. Use of Blockchain Technology: How important is the blockchain to the solution?
6. Presentation & Pitch: Was the pitch well delivered? Is the concept easy to understand?
7. Source CodeUploaded & Cited: Has the team uploaded & cited their source code to a repository? (To be assessed by the judges) Yes/No
